Design Submission Agreement

By submitting a shirt idea through this form, you agree to the following:

1. Grant of Rights. Any design, artwork, or final product created based on your submitted idea (the "Design") is created and owned by Dry Wit Clothing. To the extent you have any rights in the Design — including any text, phrasing, sketches, or reference material you provide — you assign those rights to Dry Wit Clothing, worldwide and without time limit, including the right to reproduce, manufacture, market, and sell the Design on apparel or other products.

2. Your Warranty. You confirm that your idea, and anything you submit with it (text, images, references), is either your own original work or something you have full permission to share — and that it doesn't copy, infringe, or violate anyone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.

3. Compensation. In exchange for our design work, you agree that no royalty or further payment is owed to you if Dry Wit Clothing sells the Design to other customers, unless we've agreed to something different with you in writing.

4. Your Order. You agree to pay $29.99 per shirt plus shipping for the shirt(s) you're ordering for yourself, separate from anything above. Bulk order discounts may be available on request and will be confirmed with you directly. Payment is due after you approve the final design and before your order is placed, and is collected via Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Once payment is received and your order is submitted for production, it can't be canceled or refunded, since it's a custom item made specifically for you.

5. Credit. ☐ Yes, you can credit me by name/handle if you feature this design. ☐ No, please keep my submission anonymous.

6. No Guarantee. Submitting an idea doesn't guarantee it will be produced, sold, or kept in the store long-term — that's our call.

7. Signature. Typing your name in the form above and checking the agreement box serves as your electronic signature and acceptance of this agreement, as of the date you submit the form.
